Spacetoon, the first specialized channel for children that appeared on the scene, is the most famous cartoon channel in the Arab world. Known for its special and influential content in successive generations, Spacetoon had a great influence over Arab children like no other channel.

The contract included several agreements stating that Dumiah Studio shall develop and produce a number of original animated series and content for children in the Middle East which Spacetoon will be the exclusive distributor of.
